Kelly Zando, LMSW and certified school social worker, offers virtual therapy to children, teens, young adults, adults, and families. She earned her Master’s degree in 2017 and is known for her creative, rapport-driven, and trust-based approach.
Kelly draws from a variety of evidence-based strategies—such as cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disabilities, trauma, life transitions and communication challenges.
In addition to individual therapy, Kelly specializes in parent coaching and supports families in building practical, structured approaches to improve behavior and foster a healthy home environment.
