Kyleen Griffin, LCSW, provides telehealth therapy through Hope Counseling and Behavioral Health Center. She works with children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 35, supporting individuals through life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, stress, self-esteem challenges, relationship concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Kyleen’s approach is gentle, direct, structured, and warm, with a focus on creating a supportive and collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered. She tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
